Lunsford Middle School Armed Forces Event and Ceremony — Veterans Invitation
Comrades and veterans,
Your help is needed!
Lunsford Middle School is having a ceremony to honor service in the Armed Forces. Veterans are invited to talk to the students about their service. Lunsford’s faculty strongly believes that it is essential to teach students the values and morals that our members of the Armed Forces represent. They need YOU to share your story!
Where: J. Michael Lunsford Middle School, 26020 Ticonderoga Rd, Chantilly, VA 20152 (South Riding Area)
When: 8:00am on Monday, November 11th, 2019
How long? Approximately 2 hours. (8:00 AM – 10:00AM)
– 8:00 Arrival (Coffee and Breakfast in Library)
– 8:15 Students Arrive
– 8:35 Veterans visit classrooms and talk to students regarding their service .
– 9:40 Veterans Judge Patriotic Poster Contest
