Loudoun Veteran Community Leaders, Loudoun DAV chapter 62 has arranged to
hold a NRA Refuse to be a Victim course in Round Hill on Feb 21st. Refuse to
be a Victim is not a firearms course, it an award-winning personal safety

As a retired Air Force Office of Special Investigations Special
Agent-in-Charge, I will be teaching the course. There is a small fee of $25
to cover refreshments and course materials. Any remaining funds after
expenses will be deposited with the Loudoun DAV 62 Treasurer for future
courses. The startup expenses were significant given the many hands-on
demonstrations and examples. In the future I hope to get the cost down to
about $10 per student. Class limit is 34 students.
