Join us on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM at our Ashburn office. Care is provided at no cost on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no appointments — simply arrive, get in line, and wait for your turn.

Cost: Free. No insurance, no payment, and no photo ID required.
Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older
What You Can Receive
Each eligible patient may choose one of the following:
- One basic dental cleaning
- One filling
- One extraction
After receiving your first service, you are welcome to get back in line for an additional service. Many patients did exactly that at our last event. “Some of the patients come in for a cleaning, and they notice they need more work, so they will get back in line and get some of their other issues addressed,” said Dr. Shane Costa. Services are subject to availability.
