Memorial Day Photo Contest Winner!

Throughout the month of May, American Legion Post 2001 hosted a Memorial Day photo competition. We requested photography from Loudoun residents that reflected the meaning of Memorial Day.  This was one of our most highly viewed promotions, with nearly 3k audience reach and approximately 50 clicks on our website.

Congrats to Joe Willmore and his Vietnam Memorial photo:

It’s a mission of ours, to memorialize, celebrate, and uplift our veteran community (past, present). A significant amount of that effort ensures we bring a modern perspective to tradition. We enjoy engaging our audience with news, calls-to-action, and social media. Please stay with us and get involved in our initiatives!
