America’s 250 Celebration
Below is a link to “America’s 250 Celebration” that was created and is narrated by our 2nd Vice Commander Pamela Keegan. This all started as part of the Virginia Humanities inviting our Post to participate in a program to commemorate America’s 250th. Our intent was to share a short presentation that reflects on the story of our nation — the sacrifices made, the challenges faced, and the spirit that has carried America forward for nearly two and a half centuries.
As stated earlier, the presentation was created by our own MSgt Pamela Keegan, U.S. Air Force retired, with historical guidance from Colonel John Alger, U.S. Army retired. The performance for the Virginia Humanities was brought to life by narrators Ken James and Edward Donifio, accompanied by the Paul VI Catholic High School Ceremonial Drum and Fife Corps. at the River Creek Club. We hope you enjoy this brief journey through 250 years of the American story.”
